We had experienced the pain first-hand both while looking for jobs ourselves, and while hiring at our previous companies. Technology Stack
I built this product with NodeJS & ExpressJS as backend, AngularJS as Frontend and MongoDB as database. This product is highly scalable because of best coding practices and technology stack. I use Amazon S3 file storage for storing profile photos and resume documents. Mobile app (Android and iOS) for recruiter and job seeker is under development and will be available very soon.
